Return & Exchange

All return or exchange requests must be submitted by email to infosetzi_si@setzisaddles.com. Please include your full name, product name, and order number. Upon receipt, our team will review your request and provide detailed instructions for the next steps.

Please note that customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline service to customers demonstrating excessive or abusive return and exchange activity. In such cases, the customer account may be restricted or removed, and future purchases may be refused.

Important note: For outlet saddles, the warranty covers only structural damages or alterations that may compromise the rider’s safety.

Returns

Products must be returned within 14 days from the confirmed delivery date to our designated facility.

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged and unaltered
  • Returned in original packaging
  • In the same condition as originally delivered

Return shipping and handling costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable shipping and handling charges.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days, subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider.

If a return is validated as resulting from a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to our company, a full refundwill be issued, including original shipping, handling, and any re-delivery costs incurred.

Exchange

Items requested for exchange must be shipped within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for exchange, products must be:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged and unaltered
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

All shipping and handling expenses related to exchange requests are borne by the customer.

After receipt and inspection, you will be informed whether the exchange has been approved. If approved, our administrative team will contact you directly to coordinate the exchange process.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday), excluding national holidays in Romania. Please note that during peak or festive seasons, processing and transit times may be extended. We appreciate your understanding.
We provide standard shipping for all products. Shipping and handling costs vary depending on the delivery destination and are automatically calculated at checkout before payment confirmation.
Once an order has been dispatched, our administrative team will send a confirmation email that includes the tracking number and shipment details.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability and the selected shipping method. Exact transit times cannot be guaranteed.


Products in Stock
Orders within the European Union are processed and shipped within 5–8 business days after payment approval.
International orders outside the European Union are processed and shipped within 7–15 business days after payment approval.


Products Not in Stock
Manufacturing time may take up to two weeks- 2 months, depending on current production workload and order volume.

Taxes and Duties

Product prices displayed on our website are shown exclusive of taxes.
For orders placed within the European Union, applicable taxes are automatically calculated at checkout in accordance with the VAT regulations and tax rates of the destination country.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, VAT is not charged by our company. However, such shipments may be subject to local taxes, import duties, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country’s authorities. These charges are determined by local regulations and are entirely outside our control.
The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related administrative fees upon arrival of the shipment. We strongly recommend reviewing the applicable import regulations and tax requirements in your country before placing an order.

Cancellations

To request an order cancellation, please send an email to infosetzi_si@setzisaddles.com  including your full name, product name, and order number.

Orders may be canceled only within 24 hours of the original purchase confirmation. After this period, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
