If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

* For any exchange or return of product, kindly email us at info@setzisaddles.com with your name, product name and order number.

Please note that the customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, is doing excessive returns or exchanges. The customer(s) will be taken off our client list and will no longer be able to purchase from Setzi Srl. For more information, please contact us at info@setzisaddles.com

 

Returns

All products must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery to our facility. The products must be unused, undamaged or untampered and shall be sent in the original packing and in same condition in which it was received by the customer. The shipping and handling charges of the returned product must be borne by the customer.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund, deducting the shipping and handling charges, to the original method of payment. You will receive the refund within 7 days after we receive the product and the refund is approved, depending upon your card issuer's policies.

The full amount (including the shipping and handling charges) and the re-delivery charges are refunded, if the defective or faulty product is sent from our end.

 

Exchange

All products must be sent for exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery to our facility. The products must be unused, undamaged or untampered and shall be sent in the original packing and in same condition in which it was received by the customer. The shipping and handling charges of the product sent for exchange must be borne by the customer.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item. If your exchange is approved, our administrative team will get in touch with you to initiate the procedure for exchange.

 

 

 

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping

  • The orders are shipped only during business days (Monday- Friday, excluding the national holidays in Romania).
  • During festive season, the orders can take longer to ship and deliver. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
  • We offer standard shipping for all our products.
  • The shipping and handling charges depends upon the delivery destination and are calculated during the checkout.
  • Once the order is shipped, our administrative team will send an email with the tracking number.

 

Delivery

There is no fixed delivery time or duration and depends upon the products ordered and the chosen shipping method.   

  • For the Products that are in stock:
  • Orders from the European Union are processed and shipped within 5-8 working days after the payment is approved.
  • International orders except European Union are processed and shipped within 7-15 working days after the payment is approved.

 

  • For the products that are not in-stock:
  • The manufacturing of products may take up to 2 weeks depending upon the work load.

Cancellations

Email us at info@setzisaddles.com for any cancellation requests with your name, product name and order number. Please note that the orders placed can only be cancelled within 24 hours of your initial purchase. After 24 hours, you will not be able to cancel it.
