All our items are falling under the below return and refund policy, except the Item is individually created, hence it is not possible to get refund or return, all customized Item sales are FINAL.

All items must be returned in perfect condition in and out as well as in original packaging. Shipping and handling charges will not be returned, reimbursed or refunded for returns or exchanges. All future shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Of course we will refund the re-delivery charges, if the error has been occurred from our side.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, in our opinion, who is doing excessive returns or exchanges. Any client doing excessive returns or exchanges will be taken off our client list and will no longer be able to purchase from Setzi Srl. EUROPE, Romania

Please contact us via email info@setzisaddles.com with your name, item name and order number.

Full refunds will be issued for items received through the mail at our facility within 3 working days of the delivery date less all shipping and handling charges, provided that the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. Refunds are not granted if the item is damaged in the possession of the customer.

Returns received at our facility by mail within 14 working days of the delivery date are eligible for exchange only, less all shipping and handling charges. Any return received in our store after 14 working days of the delivery date will be refused and no refund or exchange will be permitted. For outside UAE clients, please note you are responsible to return the item/s.

INTERNATIONAL

The above mentioned terms are ok also for the international shipments. But we have to receive the goods back before sending the replacement items (they have to send them back at their charge with the original packing .If the items is ok and never used we give the money back in 7 days). If it is our fault, we will pay for shipment expenses.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We like you to feel happy and comfortable purchasing from Setzi Srl. Hence, if you like to cancel an order you made, it is only possible if you cancel it within 24 hours of your initial purchase. Once your shipment is on the way to you, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel it. 

  • We offer standard shipping for all orders made on www.setzisaddles.com;
  • Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding Romania National holidays);
  • For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and ship within 5 – 8 working days (European Union client) after order verification and credit approval ;
  • Free shipping is provided for European Union clients if the order is 300 Euro or above;
  • Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization or bank transfer is received;
  • International orders (outside European Union) : for in-stock items, your order should be processed and ship within 7 – 15 working days after order and credit approval;
  • Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
